Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. In the wake of quitting her childhood career in gymnastics Ariel was competing in fitness shows aged 16. Within a year, she earned her Pro Card at age 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. When she quit her gymnastics profession, she began to compete in fitness contests at the age of 16 when she was 16. After only one year, she could earn her Professional Card at age 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is one of the most youthful IFBB Pro. Ariel quit the stage after 6 years in order to finish her college. In 2015, she returned to the stage and carried on from where she previously left off competing in top competitions including that of the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. Following her debut show, she continued competing throughout her career and setting new goals every year. For 2009 alone, 4 brand new fitness titles were added to her list. Also, year 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion made her one of the youngest Fitness Professionals from IFBB in history. When she earned her Pro Card, Ariel took a six-year break from competition to finish her college degree. The IFBB Fitness Pro debut took place at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. At the end of the day, she placed 3rd in the competition. In summer 2016, she took first place at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. She was then qualified for the Fitness Olympia. Three months later, she walked onto the Olympia stage to take home the position of 6th at the Fitness Division. Ariel admits she did not have any expectation. She was happy by her performance. Ariel had to compete against the best of top athletes. Ariel's body continues to grow every year. Ariel's top body part to work out is her back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of single-arm pulldowns using lats, and pull-ups that are performed using the machine and bent-over rows. The first step is warming up before going onto working sets. Ariel gets the most out of her time. How she does this is to superset the back exercises she does. Four or three supersets with 10--12 reps are completed.
